changed android app to only one button, the tracking button

removed unused variables from android app

removed currentlyTracking variable from LocationService

updated .net server to json and jquery and maps 3 and openstreetmaps

this version of android not support for google play location services in a background service. also will restart location updates if phone is rebooted.
